1. 芋頭切角,先炸表面至金黃備用 (懶的人就用跟料一起炒)

4. 放入芋頭塊,調味用鹽、幾滴薄鹽醬油、糖一點點、白胡椒粉、油蔥酥,煮至芋頭可穿透
5. 放入燙半熟的麵或燙過水的米粉,滾後起鍋撒上蒜綠跟芹菜珠即可
